Same Day Delivery, Standard Delivery, Specific Time Delivery, Self Collection

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is FREE, from 9am to 6pm In Singapore only. 

Specific Time Delivery 

​

For S$25.00, select the specific timing in which you would like your item to be delivered. 

There will still be 35 to 45 mins of buffer time required

Delivery to restricted zones

​

Extended delivery to restricted zone is available at $15. If you require a delivery to the following locations, you can do choose extended delivery during checkout.

Tuas
Jurong Island
Changi Airport
Sentosa
Marina Bay Sands
All Army Camps

Re-deliveries

Please note that for re-deliveries in circumstances such as one listed below, will be charged at $15.

As such, we advice customers to include a location in the "Nominate a Safe Place for Flowers" box during checkout to prevent unnecessary charges.

Wrong delivery address

Invalid delivery address,

Recipient is not home, and both the buyer and recipient are uncountable for more than 10 mins, without any prior special delivery instructions given. 

 

Where an overseas number is provided, we will not contact by phone. We will only email, unless special instructions are given to Whatsapp.
